Delivery

Everything in the range ships from overseas, direct from our suppliers. Allow 10 to 15 business days for it to reach you. The delivery estimate is shown at checkout before you pay, and each product page says where it ships from.

Delivery is a flat $9.95 Australia-wide, and free on orders of $99 or more. We don't currently ship internationally.

Once your order is on its way you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking, where the carrier provides it. Tracking can go quiet for a few days while a parcel is in transit to Australia; that's normal.
