Every order comes with guarantees that can't be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If something arrives faulty, not as described, or isn't fit for its intended purpose, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Change of mind

We're a small operation and haven't locked in a fixed change-of-mind window yet. If something isn't right, email us and we'll sort out something reasonable — we'd rather have that conversation than hide behind fine print.

Email us with your order number and what's going on. We'll reply within two business days with next steps.
